It was great to be with you all at the Patchogue-Medford High School and thank you for welcoming our staff and speakers so warmly.

If the message of the four speakers; Mr. Arnold, Mr. Garrett, Chief Williams and Mr. Argueta are absorbed by the students of your school, it will continue to be an excellent place of learning. The message of forgiveness and tolerance is critical for all of us and Mr. Argueta's powerful presentation illustrated clearly what can happen when we become intolerant or hateful. Hopefully the young people of your school felt encouraged that they all can be instruments of change and exert a positive influence in your school, home and greater community. Thank you again for inviting us and we look forward to hearing what you thought of the assembly! Feel free to post on this blog any thoughts that you might have on any of the topics covered today.
