I was at your assembly today at Brookfield High School and I just wanted to say how incredibly moving your speeches were. It really made me think about my own life and how through forgiveness I can make a difference in not only my own life but the lives of others around me. I appreciated the speeches that Chief Williams and Mr. Garrett presented during the assembly at Brookfield High School. The fact that these two men were able to forgive the people they disliked and maybe even hated at the time is inspirational and motivates others who may be experiencing difficulties of different magnitudes in their own lives. The impressive emotions put into the personal accounts of their lives prompted a sympathetic reaction in even the most distracted members of the audience, and I too was humbled by the sincerity of their message.
