I liked the presentation a lot. It opened me up and inspired me to become a better person and not do anything horrible in life because I am going to regret it later on. I felt sad about both of their stories and it made me feel sorry for them. It inspired me to think of doing something good in my lifetime.

This was an amazing topic to bring to our kids! They didn't stop talking about it all day. Even though we had numerous snow days and getting back to work was important, the discussions that followed Breaking the Cycle were imperative! We found a way to incorporate the new material into our history curriculum. The impact of the presentation will be with me for a lifetime! Thank you.

This presentation was amazing. Two great speakers with real life experiences. It touched me, it touched many of my students. When I have seen them cry , those tough boys who put out the macho image in the classroom made me understand how deep some of the wounds can be. It was informative, and brought a lot of emotions and discussions in the classroom. Many of the students open up with their life drama. It is so important to know, to understand so I can teach them with more understanding. I was looking around the room and one particular person came to my mind that should be there among other paintings and it is John Pope the second. He was always my hero., soon to be canonized. He was the one who went to the prison to forgive his assassin . He was the first to shake his hand and say " I forgive you for what you did" despite the fact that he was never completely healed from his injury to the end of his life. I want to reach to my parents more often, not when it is too late but now. Thank you for making me understand.
