Thank you Miller Middle School for welcoming Breaking the Cycle to your school. To be joined by representatives from the School Board, State Troopers, Kingston PD, Ulster PD and others made this event truly a team effort. As JC Arnold, Hashim and Ann Marie shared their stories students and staff sat on the edge of their chairs listening. May the stories you heard today inspire you to make positive choices in your lives.

I really enjoyed listening to J Christoph Arnold and was impressed he was about to meet the Pope. I could tell that he's very knowledgeable. I also liked listening to Hashim and thought his story was inspirational.

I was one of the students that was at the assembly Today. I would want to say thank you to everyone. I enjoyed it and I can relate to the lady who lost her son.

I want to take the time to thank you for coming to our school. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression and have family members who suffer from the same illness the words that were spoken today really hit home as I know how hard it can be. The word about mental illness needs to be spread and people need to know that it is not a weakness but a treatable disease. Again, thank you.
